1. Subject
These terms and conditions govern participation in the contest. By participating in the contest, the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
Participation is voluntary and independent of the purchase of goods or services from mokebo.

2. Organizer
The contest is conducted by mokebo GmbH, Flandrische Straße 2 in 50674 Cologne, Germany (hereinafter: "mokebo").
The contest is not associated with Instagram or Facebook in any way. It is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram or Facebook. Participants have no claims against Instagram or Facebook arising from participation in the contest. The sole contact for inquiries is mokebo.

3. Eligibility requirements
All persons aged 18 or older and residing in Germany are eligible to participate. Each participant may only participate in the contest once. Employees of mokebo are excluded.
Participation in the contest requires that these terms and conditions are acknowledged and accepted in accordance with Section 4.
Participation through contest clubs or participation and registration services (commercial or third-party mediated participation), automated entries, multiple entries (e.g., with different email addresses), and participation with false identities or the identities of third parties are not permitted.
Participants must provide proof of eligibility upon request. If participants do not provide proof of eligibility within the deadline set by mokebo, mokebo reserves the right to exclude them from participation.
mokebo reserves the right to exclude participants who provide false or incomplete information, use unauthorized aids, are suspected of manipulation, or violate these terms and conditions in any other way, without stating reasons. Illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be considered. mokebo reserves the right to request a statement from the participant if there is suspicion of grounds for exclusion. If the participant fails to provide a statement within the deadline set by mokebo, mokebo reserves the right to exclude them from participation.
If grounds for exclusion exist, prizes may be revoked retroactively or already paid out or delivered prizes may be reclaimed.
mokebo reserves the right to delete comments/posts/tags at its discretion. In particular, mokebo reserves the right to delete comments/posts/tags that violate general community standards and/or the respective social media platform guidelines (Instagram, Facebook). If mokebo deletes comments/posts/tags for good cause, mokebo reserves the right to exclude the corresponding participants from further participation in the contest.
Participation in the contest is free. The participation period begins when the contest post goes live on mokebo's Instagram account on 02.02.2026 and ends on 08.02.2026 at 11:59 PM.

4. Contest participation
To participate in the contest on Instagram, each contest participant must like the contest post on mokebo's Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/mokebogmbh/) during the contest period. Additionally, following mokebo's Instagram channel is required for participation, as is liking the contest post, tagging a person in the comments under the contest post, and providing a feedback comment.

5. Prize
The advertised prize consists of a total of 3x2 laptop cases (13 inches) in bouclé (dove color) with a value of €29.99 each. There is no claim to all products visible in the images. There is no claim to all products visible in the images.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for another item of value. Cash payout of the prize is not possible. A participant may decline the prize.
The winner has no claim to a prize that is exactly identical to the advertised prize. In the unlikely event that the prize is unavailable, mokebo reserves the right to replace it at its discretion with an equivalent prize (reasonable deviation with respect to type and quality).
The prize will be sent to the winner by courier service. mokebo assumes no liability for shipping and cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe if circumstances beyond the company's control affect the process, such as force majeure, strikes, service interruptions by shipping providers, staffing shortages within the company, political restrictions in case of disaster, short-time work, or other exceptional situations.

6. Winner selection & notification
Among all valid entries, the winner will be selected by random draw immediately after the participation period ends, excluding the public.
The selected winner will be notified after the contest ends and the winner is determined on 08.02.2026 via a comment below their comment and a private message on Instagram. If a winner does not respond within the following forty-eight (48) hours and confirm the prize, the claim to the prize expires and a new winner will be selected. The same applies if the winner declines the prize by phone, in writing, or in any other manner.
The winner agrees that their name (profile name and/or person's name) may be named in a winner post by mokebo and published on Instagram in connection with the contest.
If the prize cannot be correctly assigned due to incorrect information provided by the contest participant, the participant's claim to the prize lapses. mokebo assumes no liability for technical problems and/or malfunctions.

7. Prize non-delivery
Should it be impossible to deliver the prize to the winner (e.g., because the claim to the prize has lapsed due to these terms and conditions or the winner does not accept the prize), it is at mokebo's discretion to decide what happens to the prize (e.g., whether the prize is awarded to non-winning participants in accordance with these terms and conditions or whether it is not awarded and is used for another contest, for example).

8. Contest modification or suspension
mokebo reserves the right, taking into account the interests of participants, to cancel or end the contest at any time without notice or stating reasons in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
mokebo is particularly entitled to end, cancel, or suspend the contest if attempted abuse through manipulation is detected or if proper conduct of the contest can no longer be ensured due to technical or legal reasons, particularly in the event of hardware or software failure, programming errors, computer viruses, unauthorized intervention by third parties, or mechanical, technical, or legal problems.

9. Rights of use
If participants submit contributions and/or media (e.g., photos) to participate in the contest, each participant ensures and guarantees to mokebo that they are the owner of all necessary rights in the contributions and/or media. If the participant is not the sole owner of such rights, they represent that they possess the rights required for participation in the contest. This also includes any consents from persons visible in contributions and/or media (e.g., photos) uploaded by the participant.
The participant grants mokebo a simple, sublicensable, irrevocable, unlimited in time and scope right to use and exploit the contributions and/or media they submit. The right to use and exploit includes, in particular, the right to store, reproduce, make publicly available (e.g., on mokebo's website and all of its social media accounts), and the right to edit.
The participant indemnifies mokebo from claims by third parties that arise against mokebo from the violation of third-party rights through the submission/participation (e.g., through infringing comments or the unlawful use of the uploaded photo).

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
mokebo points out that the availability and function of the contest cannot be guaranteed. The contest may, in particular, be ended or removed due to external circumstances and constraints (e.g., technical problems, legal changes, and measures by third parties beyond mokebo's control) without giving rise to any claims by the participant against mokebo.
Any warranty claims by winners are excluded. mokebo assumes no responsibility in particular for data loss, especially that incurred during data transmission, technical defects, or lost, damaged, or late submissions resulting from network, hardware, or software problems.
Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Final provisions
Deviating conditions of participants are not recognized unless the organizer expressly agrees to their validity.
German law applies. Eligible persons with ordinary residence in the EU also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their respective country of residence.
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The same applies in the event of a gap in the regulations.

12. Data protection notices
mokebo collects and processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of conducting this contest. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless it is necessary for the conduct and execution of the contest.
