U heeft het recht om dit contract binnen 30 dagen zonder opgave van redenen te herroepen. De herroepingstermijn verstrijkt 30 dagen na de dag waarop u, of een door u aangewezen derde die niet de vervoerder is, het laatste goed fysiek in bezit heeft gekregen. Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet u ons (mokebo GmbH, Flandrische Straße 2, 50674 Köln, Duitsland, hello@mokebo.de, Telefoon: +49 15125723990 (alleen WhatsApp support)) via een ondubbelzinnige verklaring (bijv. een per post verzonden brief, fax of e-mail) op de hoogte stellen van uw beslissing om dit contract te herroepen. U kunt hiervoor gebruik maken van het bijgevoegde modelformulier voor herroeping, maar dit is niet verplicht. Om de herroepingstermijn na te leven, volstaat het dat u uw mededeling betreffende de uitoefening van het herroepingsrecht verzendt voordat de herroepingstermijn is verstreken.

Gevolgen van de herroeping

Als u dit contract herroept, zullen wij u alle betalingen die wij van u hebben ontvangen, inclusief de leveringskosten (met uitzondering van de extra kosten die voortvloeien uit uw keuze voor een andere leveringswijze dan de door ons aangeboden goedkoopste standaardlevering), onverwijld en in ieder geval uiterlijk 14 dagen nadat wij op de hoogte zijn gesteld van uw beslissing dit contract te herroepen, terugbetalen. Wij betalen u terug met hetzelfde betaalmiddel als waarmee u de oorspronkelijke transactie heeft verricht, tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders is overeengekomen; in ieder geval worden u geen kosten in rekening gebracht voor de terugbetaling. Wij mogen de terugbetaling uitstellen totdat wij de goederen hebben terugontvangen of totdat u het bewijs heeft geleverd dat u de goederen heeft teruggezonden, al naar gelang welk tijdstip eerst valt.

U dient de goederen onverwijld en in ieder geval uiterlijk 14 dagen na de dag waarop u ons van de herroeping van dit contract in kennis heeft gesteld, terug te zenden naar het desbetreffende retourenmagazijn:

De termijn is in acht genomen als u de goederen vóór het verstrijken van de termijn van 14 dagen verzendt.

U draagt de directe kosten van de terugzending. De retourkosten zijn afhankelijk van de waarde van de geretourneerde artikelen (conform uw factuurbedrag):

Pakketgoederen – Retouren vanuit Nederland en andere landen:

• Waarde onder €100: €9,90
• Waarde €100 – €400: €16,90
• Waarde boven €400: €24,90

Deze kosten gelden ongeacht het aantal geretourneerde pakketten. Deze regeling geldt niet indien de goederen gebrekkig zijn geleverd. U bent alleen aansprakelijk voor de waardevermindering van de goederen die het gevolg is van het gebruik van de goederen dat verder gaat dan nodig was om de aard, de kenmerken en de werking van de goederen vast te stellen.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. Please return the goods to the appropriate returns warehouse:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The return shipping costs depend on the type of goods and the value of the returned items (as per your invoice amount):

Parcel goods – Returns from Germany:

• Value €100 – €400: €12.90
• Value above €400: €19.90

Parcel goods – Returns from abroad (AT, NL etc.):

• Value below €100: €9.90
• Value €100 – €400: €16.90

Freight goods (sofa, collection by prior appointment):

• Germany & abroad: €139.00

These costs apply regardless of the number of parcels returned. This does not apply if the goods were delivered defective. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
